Is there a dress-code for hospitality venues at Allianz Stadium?
The dress code for hospitality venues is smart casual. Casual trousers, smart jeans and tailored shorts are acceptable. Rugby shirts encouraged. Please also dress warmly for the weather as match seats are outside. Team shirts are allowed, but ripped jeans, scruffy trainers, and sportswear are not.
CHILD-POLICY
What is the child policy for hospitality at Allianz Stadium?
Children aged 2–5 should sit in the lower tiers or enclosures, as upper tiers are not recommended for children under 8. Whilst children are welcome in hospitality lounges, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, and we kindly ask guests to consider whether the environment is suitable for younger children.
We ask that you avoid bringing bags to the Stadium wherever possible. If you do need to bring a bag with you this should be no greater size than A4. If you bring a bigger bag, this may result in you being denied entry. Please also note that there is no left luggage facility.

Is there a cloakroom at the hospitality venues at Allianz Stadium?
Larger luggage can be stored at a paid bag-drop facility at Webb Ellis House (address is 15 Rugby Rd, Twickenham TW1 1DS). There is no luggage storage inside the stadium, so it's best to travel light.
ACCESSIBILITY
Do you offer support for attendees with access needs?
Support provisions can vary depending on the venue and event organiser. Twickenham Rail Station is the nearest station to Allianz Stadium and after the recent upgrades it now has step free access from all platforms to street level. There is step free access to all onsite hospitality lounges.

FOOD & DRINK
How do I submit any specific dietary requirements?
It is important that you tell us of any allergens (including if an allergy is to airborne substances) and dietary requirements for your full guest list in advance. This is so the Allianz Stadium catering team can accommodate your needs, or contact you to discuss further. If you haven't yet provided this information, please contact Ruby at [email protected].
Will I miss lunch if I arrive late?
The venue's professional catering staff will always do their best to accommodate late arrivals but unfortunately it isn’t possible to hold service for too long without impacting food quality. Due to this, we encourage everyone to arrive as early as possible to make the most of the hospitality experience. Please contact Ruby at [email protected] if you expect to arrive more than one hour after the hospitality area opens.
SECURITY
Is there a bag policy at Allianz Stadium?
Only small bags up to A4 size are permitted inside the stadium. All bags are searched so please give yourself enough time to arrive and have this completed before entering.
